Fitness Centre with the Latest Cybex Equipment
Take advantage of our Fitness Centre Add-on Membership. This area offers a wide variety of exercise equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, rowing machines, stationary bikes, CYBEX fitness equipment, free weights, Gary Gray Stretch Station®, and TV's to pass the time while you workout.

Personal Training
Get into shape, lose weight, or discover new training methods. Personal training, fitness assessments and workout plans are available for your individual needs.

Group Exercise Classes for Many Ability Levels
A variety of group exercise classes are offered on a regular basis.
Babysitting is available during select times.

	A Variety of Aquatic Aerobics Aquatic fitness classes include Deep Water Aerobics and two levels of shallow end Aquatic Aerobics. Take advantage of the variety of options we have to meet your needs. Personal Training can also be done in the pool.
